Day-1 Chandiagrh to Shimla

A short hop into the hills: Chandigarh to Shimla

We meet you at Chandigarh Airport or Railway Station for the drive to Shimla — just 110 km and about 3 hours, with a lunch stop en route (at your own expense). Check in with a welcome drink and spend the evening at leisure, taking in your first views of Shimla. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day-2 Shimla: Kufri & Shimla Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, head out on a half-day trip to Kufri, home to a Himalayan zoo with antelope, wild cats and the Himalayan Monal, plus views from Mahasu Peak and optional horse riding. Back in Shimla by evening, take in Scandal Point and the Ridge for Himalayan views, the statues of Indira Gandhi and Mahatma Gandhi, Christ Church, the wooden crafts of Lakkar Bazaar, Gaiety Theatre and Mall Road. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day-3 Shimla to Manali

Through Pandoh Dam and the Kullu Valley to Manali

After breakfast, check out and drive to Manali via Pandoh Dam, the Aut Tunnel and roadside apple orchards, with a stop to browse the Kullu Valley emporium along the way. Check in and spend the evening at leisure — Manali is your base for the adventure sports ahead, from skiing to paragliding, rafting, trekking and mountain biking. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Manali.

Day-4 Manali: Solang Valley Rohtang Pass Up to Snow Line

Solang Valley and the climb to Rohtang Pass

An early start for Solang Valley, Gulaba, Marhi and Rohtang Pass up to the snow line, with snow-capped peaks and pristine lakes along the route. Solang Valley is the base for optional paragliding, biking and other adventure sports, plus a scenic cable car ride, all paid for directly on the day. Return to the hotel for the evening.

Day-5 Manali: Local Sightseeing

Hadimba Temple, Vashisht village and Mall Road

After breakfast, spend the day on Manali's sights: Vashisht village, Hadimba Devi Temple (also known as Dhungri Temple), Manu Temple, the Tibetan Monastery and Manali Nature Park, finishing with time to browse Mall Road. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day-6 Manali to Chandigarh

Back down to Chandigarh

After breakfast, check out and drive back to Chandigarh. Check in at your hotel and take the evening at leisure after the journey. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day-7 Chandigarh: Local Sightseeing Departure

Rock Garden, Sukhna Lake and departure

After breakfast, check out and spend the morning on Chandigarh's own sights: Sukhna Lake and the Rock Garden — a 40-acre sculpture garden built entirely from industrial and household waste by Nek Chand, a government official who started it secretly in his spare time in 1957. From there, we transfer you to Chandigarh Airport or Railway Station — allow 3 hours before your flight, or 1.5 hours before your train.
